A week or so ago I was in a group discussion about the existence of African American Pinups in the 1940-60s and many people claimed that they surely just did NOT exist. I having done my research prior to the argument knew that this wasn’t true just because they were rare does not mean that they did NOT exist. So with the help of the internet I bring you proof that there were in fact beautiful black pinups in the era. This post is dedicated to shegivesgoodface
